Can you believe that in September this year, I hit the ‘500 Shows’ milestone…!?! I never thought for a second when I lauched the show in 2019 that I’d get to this point.
It actually crept up on me and passed me by, when I was hoping to mark the occasion with a cake and balloons. We were at the at the William Aston Centre in Wrexham with the Uptown Girl show and I just completely forgot. The good news is, Show No. 600 is already in the diary, but we won’t be hitting that milestone until Autumn / Winter 2026.
I’m so proud to have come this far, and so grateful for all of the opportunities that have been presented to me, including two Australian tours, cruising around the Caribbean and Scandinavia, seeing New York, Boston, New Orleans and Miami, as well as a crazy one-nighter in Lithuania, not to mention the numerous festivals, events and venues I’ve been lucky enough to perform at. I’ve definitely checked a few items off my Bucket List over the last few years.
We are currently on tour around the UK until mid-November, having kicked-off in Swindon at the start of September. All the shows have gone incredibly well so far, and the audiences have responded brilliantly, with everyone up singing and dancing by the time we get to the title track. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, both in person and on Social Media.
I’m so grateful to Ross at Prestige Productions and Ged at Se7ven Productions for having the faith in me to produce and launch the tour. And I couldn’t be more thankful for my exceptional band, who have been working SO hard, on and off stage, so shout-outs to Samuel C. Lees, Andy Griffiths, Mike Higgins & Kerry Williams…and to Ross McTeague, Jules Nelson and Keith Peberdy for stepping-in to help too. And I can’t forget out Technical Manager, Nat Benn, who co-ordinates with the technical staff at each venue, sets all the gear up, and runs the show each night.
If you’ve not been to the show yet, but would like to come, there are still plenty of chances. Checkout the remaining dates here!
And if you have already been to the show, please let me know what you enjoyed about it in the comments!
It’s been such a pleasure to meet so many of Billy Joel’s fans, and I hope to continue to do so for another 500 shows!
That’s followed with another trip to South Wales with an appearance at Bargoed Labour Club on Friday 12th April and a Wedding Gig in Cardiff on the 13th.
The following weekend brings a little tour of the South of England with a Thursday Night show at The Raven in London on the 18th, followed by a first appearance at Oake Manor in Taunton, before a return to the Billericay Theatre on Saturday 20th. Tickets for that show are available here.
On Monday 22nd, I’ll be returning to Pontins for the second time this year, with another gig at Sand Bay, before ending the month with a nice local gig at the Elgin Hotel in Blackpool.
March is shaping-up to be a very busy month, kicking-off with a week-long contract onboard P&O Ventura. I love this ship… it was the first one I performed on back in 2022, and it’s likely to be my last one for a while, so it’ll always be special to me. I’ll be performing the Billy Joel show, of course, alongside my other show – Hugh & I.
I’ll be flying out to meet the ship in New Orleans, before heading to Miami and Port Canaveral… very nice!
P&O Ventura
When I get back from the ship, I’ll be back with my incredible band for a show at Littlecote House in Hungerford on March 9th.
The following weekend brings a little tour of Wales and the South West:

On March 22nd, I’ll be heading to the North East for the first time this year for a show at The Dormans Club in Middlesbrough. This is a ticketed event in support of the South Cleveland Heart Fund.
Following this, on the 23rd, I’ll be performing the most-local gig possible (other than singing in my garage) at Poulton Community Hall. This will be a great chance for all those people who constantly ask “when are you doing something local?” to come and see the show! No excuses! Ha! Tickets are on salehere!
January has been a time for resting and recovering… a time for planning and prepping… a time for organising and accounting… but we’re back with a bang in February!
I kick-off the month by heading north of the border to join forces with Martin Cox (AbsolutelyElton) for a series of The Piano Men shows. This is the show that toured Australia in February 2023, and will be heading back to Oz in July this year. More details on that here.
After returning from Scotland, it’s a quick turnaround as I head to Lithuania on the 12th for a show in Saint Catherine’s Church in Vilnius on the 13th. I briefly visited Lithuania last year when I was onboard the P&O Aurora, so it’s great for me to return to do a show.
Saint Catherine’s Church, Vilnius
To round-off the month, I’ve got a trip down south, with a show in Hayling Island as the filling in a Torquay sandwich.
23.02.24 Riviera Hotel | Torquay Solo Show
24.02.24 Warner Hotels – Lakeside | Hayling Island Band Show
25.02.24 Ashley Court Hotel | Torquay Band Show
Upon returning home, it will be time for me to pack again, as a very busy March begins with a trip on P&O Ventura to New Orleans…
